Peter Sibilski has over 35 years of experience in project management, product development, and energy management in the process-chemical and pharmaceuticals industries. He has led diverse, cross-functional teams in achieving business-driven goals for projects of significant dollar value. Peter has a proven track-record of successful and award-winning product development and project implementation providing significant cost savings, increased operational efficiencies, and enhanced competitive position. He received his BSChE in 1981 from New Jersey Institute of Technology, and has an MBA – Technology Management from The University of Phoenix. Peter is a licensed PE in New Jersey, and is also a Certified Energy Manager (CEM).

Dr. Michael Blumenthal brings over 50 years’ experience in food chemistry, food processes, packaging technology, and academics. Dr. Blumenthal operates an independent consulting laboratory and litigation support business. Dr. Blumenthal is an Adjunct Graduate Professor (Programs) at the Rutgers University Food Science Department, and on the Advisory Council to the Chairman of the Department.
